Make Your Event Unforgettable at the Kiawanda Community Center - only a few minutes walk from the gorgeous Pacific Ocean!

Our Hobby Room is a cozy retreat or planning day favorite. This uncarpeted 24’ x 21’ space holds a maximum capacity of 35 guests standing/seated or 24 seated at tables. It also has a folding wall connected to the Great Hall (see more details below). This room works well for small meetings or as a buffet area for your larger event.

The Faye Jenson room is a beautiful 1150 sq. ft. uncarpeted space with a unisex bathroom and separate lobby with coat rack. This includes a 26’ x 41’ main space that has a coffee bar, refrigerator, and a wall of windows that looks out onto the natural forested dune area.

The capacity is 150 guests standing/seated, or 64 guests seated at tables. There's also an 84” flat screen. The folding wall can be removed to make one large room with the Great Hall. With this combination, the Hobby Room can be rented as well.

Then, there's the Great Hall - a 45’ x 44’ uncarpeted space with a 10’ x 22’ smooth cement stage and a coffee bar. The capacity is 314 guests standing/seated or 147 seated at tables. Round tables, banquet tables, and chairs are included in the rental. 

The Great Hall is where our piano, a state-of-the-art projector, drop-down screen, and complete sound system are located. We often rent the entire room and, in addition, one of the adjacent rooms for larger parties, events, and gatherings.

When you book both the Great Hall and the Faye Jensen Hall together, you’ll receive complimentary access to the versatile Hobby Room - a perfect add-on space for a buffet, breakout session, or lounge area.

This combined space offers a total of 3,634+ square feet and can comfortably host up to 464 guests standing or 211 seated at tables. The adjoining rooms offer flexible layouts and all-in-one cohesive setup.
