About This Venue

About SCC

At the Seattle Convention Center, we know conventions, but we do so much more.

From fundraising banquets and educational conferences to trade shows and training seminars, we have the best-in-the-business team of professionals to support your event needs. Clients appreciate the flexibility provided by our tastefully appointed, configurable space and how so many services and special touches, which might cost extra elsewhere, are included. With a commitment to local, seasonal ingredients and sustainability, our chefs prepare regionally inspired dishes in our on-site kitchen and bakery.

Your vision and goals are as important to us as they are to you, and together, we will create memorable experiences.

OneStop Meetings

If you’re planning an event of 500 or fewer attendees, our OneStop team is waiting to help you pull it off. Your OneStop meeting planner is a certified meeting professional who will be your main contact when planning your event. Together, you’ll go over all your event details, using our Meeting Planner Checklist, to make sure each element is spot-on.

Ideal Location

Located in the heart of Seattle, SCC's two buildings - Arch and Summit - are 1.5 blocks apart and within easy walking distance of public transportation, world-class hotels, restaurants, entertainment and attractions.

Green Initiatives

Seattle Convention Center has been an industry leader in conservation and recycling for more than two decades and is dedicated to environmental building practices and “green” operations in our LEED Silver-certified facility. We continue to reduce our carbon footprint with sustainable culinary practices (such as locally sourced food and beverages), energy-efficient lighting, environmentally friendly cleaning products, and a first-rate recycling and composting program.
