The Seaside Civic and Convention Center offers 24,600 square feet of meeting space, with superior customer service that has been the cornerstone of our operation since opening our doors in 1971. Although we look and operate a little differently these days following our recently completed $15M expansion/renovation project, our expert staff is experienced, dedicated and ready to assist you in planning every detail of your convention, conference, meeting, or banquet needs.

We’re one of the largest and easy-to-reach meeting options on the scenic Oregon Coast with 24,600 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, featuring 16 rooms, with an additional 8,900 square feet for vendors and social networking in prefunction and mezzanine areas.

Catering & Dining

Seaside Civic and Convention Center offers full-service, on-site catering that can be customized to your unique event, including bar service, concession, espresso, and special dietary requests.Our facility is also located in the heart of the downtown corridor and just steps from the Historic Gilbert District. Your event attendees will have ample places to lodge and dine, as well as access to fun and unique activities.

Airport & Transportation

Since the 1870s, Seaside has been Oregon’s original beach town, the go-to spot for time-honored traditions like kite flying, bumper car riding, ice cream eating, and — since 1971 — meeting at the beach! Located just 79 miles west of Portland on the North Oregon Coast, Seaside is reachable in approximately 90 minutes by highways 26 and 30. Once in town, convention-goers find Seaside walkable and bikeable with lots of nearby hiking and sightseeing opportunities.
