Event Spaces
The Cheney Gallery and Titus-Will Gallery, which comprise the Showcase Gallery, are the Museum’s premier event galleries overlooking downtown Tacoma and Commencement Bay with the ability to accommodate up to 500 guests standing and 300 seated.
The Banquet Room is the Museum’s most flexible private space that can accommodate up to 180 guests.
If you are looking for a more intimate setting the Museum’s most private meeting space can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Club Auto is the perfect lounge setting for a social gathering for up to 60 guests.
Enjoy one of the best views in the Museum overlooking the Showcase Gallery, the Café Mezzanine can accommodate up to 80 guests.
Host an event amongst one of the Museum’s collections, with two Collection Galleries that can each accommodate up to 200 guests to choose from, your party is guaranteed to be a success.
The 3.5 acre Haub Family Field is one of Tacoma’s only private outdoor grass spaces available for event rentals; perfect for car shows, concerts, festivals and more
A night in the Speed Zone is sure to bring excitement to any event! Featuring our Formula 1 racing simulators and exquisite Slot Car track, the Speed Zone is fitting for team bonding, seated dinners, and fasted-paced, breakaway fun. This space can accommodate up to 70 guests.
