About This Venue

Flexible Event Setups to Accommodate Groups from 20 to 500   

Utilize all or part of Field Arts & Events Hall to create your ideal event. Field Hall offers intimate meeting rooms and reception spaces.  Our waterfront conference and events center can easily be separated into breakout rooms.  Many of the rooms have built in state-of- the- art A/V equipment, ready for use, with the ability to add an in-house tech support if needed.

Luxury Amenities Including Presentational Theater, Dressing Rooms, and Finishing Kitchen

Field Hall boasts a 500-seat presentational theater perfect for keynotes, film screenings, breakout space, and award ceremonies.  Enjoy premium dressing rooms and a green room that can be also used for easy storage, volunteer and support staff "headquarters", or more breakout space.   

There is easy access to our finishing kitchen to support your choice of caterers. The kitchen inventory includes a well-stocked kitchen as well as China settings, glassware,  small wares, chafing dishes, trays, and table accoutrements.  Included in the Field Hall rental is event furniture such as soft seating, classroom style tables, rectangles tables, round tables, high and low cabaret tables as well as luxury chairs.
